Dear God,
What message would you have me share with humanity today?
My Dear Beloved Divine Children:
This is essentially a continuation of yesterday’s message related
to the consumption of foods that you eat.
Not only pay attention to what you eat, but how you eat it.
The level of energy that you use to consume your food
depends on whether your food becomes properly digested and the nutrients are
properly absorbed, how they were prepared and stored versus getting ill with
poor digestion, malnutrition, and even food poisoning through low energy food
consumption.
Love and appreciate the foods that you consume. Take that loving care in how you store and
refrigerate your food items and ensure that produce is refrigerated at proper
refrigeration temperatures and compartments of your refrigerators and
freezers. Consume your food items in a
timely manner and dispose of those items which have expired and are too old for
consumption, even, your pet foods.
In the new age of Aquarius, the slaughtering of animals for
human consumption should be re-examined from the forms and processes they are
currently undertaking, much of it, inhumane and not loving. And the raising of the animals are unhealthy
and barbaric and causes major human health issues (i.e., injecting chemicals
into animals). Animals should be raised
lovingly, naturally, and sacrificed in a loving manner. Majority of the slaughterhouses are nothing
but production lines where animals are lined up in a manufacturing line to be
killed in the name of human consumption.
Remember to also thank and bless the animals that provided the meat
protein that your are about to consume for their sacrifices.
Humans should be consuming, by-and-large, organic produce
anyway using plant-based protein instead of animal protein. This is much healthier for the human
vessel. And, organic vegetables contain
not only rich vitamins, but also important information from the universe necessary
to feed and drive the human vessel.
Through time, humanity has become over dependent on meat as their primary
source of protein.
Avoid as much as possible, corporate-raised produce that are
full of pesticides and chemicals. There are
better natural ways of defending against insects which do not kill but serve as
excellent deterrence. The chemicals and
pesticides used on their produce and passed along the food chain are harmful to
the human vessel causing both serious long-term and short-term health issues.
Also, food processors should refrain from producing
processed foods by adding a lot of chemicals to their products. Foods should be developed and produced as
naturally as possible and by using natural ingredients – not chemicals and imitation
foods. Rid yourselves of the convenience
foods for they are high in chemical contents and should be avoided.
Another matter to avoid are fast-food restaurants – the drive-thru.
Although you are poorly nourished at a
fast-food restaurant, to compound the issue, is ordering the food to go in your
car. This may compound the seriousness particularly
if you eat and drive at the same time.
Although COVID restrictions have limited restaurants in many areas to
pick-up, take-away(out), or drive-thru only, at least take the meal to your destination
and safely eat the meal there rather than on the street while driving in the
car.
Avoid convenience cooking using appliances such as microwave
ovens and convection ovens. These
appliances, however made for speed and convenience, change the characteristics
and molecular composition of the foods that you think you are eating. Yes, they may appear to be warm, but it
really is not that what it was supposed to be only in appearance. Return to the natural, traditional ways of
cooking and warming up your food. You
will put more love into them even though they will not be as convenient. But in the new age, try to slow your pace
down any way! Avoid a heart attack!
When eating, use a loving energetic pace when you are
eating. Do not rush to consume your
meals. With demands of contemporary
society, humanity has forced themselves to rush the consumption of their meals
at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This
does not give time for the body to properly digest the nutrients of the food
and thus causing health issues such as indigestion, bloating, and other
digestive health and related health issues.
In the new age, slowing down your lifestyle will not only
calm yourselves down, but it will also lower blood pressures and reduce other
health related issues.
Work with, love, and bless your foods and they will love you
back as we still love and care for you.
