Dear God,

What message would you have me share with humanity today?

My Dear Beloved Divine Children:

Modern society has not been loving to humanity and has not afforded individuals to love themselves, love and enjoy their living, families, and friends.  Modern industry has turned people into slaves by unloving business owners and executives who prefer to work their employees to the ground with very little compensation, time off, and time to enjoy life.  Moreover, they expect their employees to work in the so-called mills, keeping their noses on the proverbial grindstone, keeping the fires burning at the plant, yet letting houses go cold by not compensating their employees a living salary.

When it comes to rewarding their employees with suitable benefits, much of that is rarely filtered down to lower-level employees.  Many employees are denied adequate sick leave, vacation leave, or even time off to be with their own families.  Yet, in many poorly designed and planned communities, their commutes to work is made harder with heavy traffic congestion forcing people to spend more time driving or barely moving on the streets and highways.

In the new age of change, much behavioral changes should be manifested to incorporate more love into the workplace.  A business cannot be productive nor profitable with low morale of its employees, high turnover, and sick employees causing low attendance.  Employees are just as humans as executives and not to be viewed or treated as modern day slaves but as valuable assets of the workplace.  I am in equally just as much as the lowest level employee as the highest paid executive of a company.  In my view, you are all equals.  Therefore, you should be getting paid equally for your jobs are no different, none more important that the other.  All are equally important.  You are all servants to each other.  The only roadblock is that some people in companies are power-hungry and driven by greed.  This needs to cease in the new age.  In some countries, executives humble themselves to the same working levels as their employees and share the same office spaces.  In other countries, executives consider themselves more privileged than other employees.

The new age of employment should provide for more employee time off for personal relaxation, vacation, personal sick leave, and family leave.  Some countries have already incorporated these practices.  Other slave-driving countries have yet to get caught up to the modern world.  A happier workplace that enjoys life is more productive and happier in the workplace.  The morale is greater, and attendance is improved.  Employees are more motivated to work if more time off is awarded.  But the slave-driving mentality must change to a loving, caring environment.

Love knows no boundaries.  Even the least among you is loved greatly here on this side of the veil even more than you realize.  We are always at your side even in your despair, you are not alone.  Unfortunately, there are those living in the dark that are causing a great number of headaches and problems for those living in the light.  But for those living in the light, shine your light on those still living in the dark for they need to be shown the path into the light.  Have faith and continue to spread your love even to those still trapped in the dark.
