Dear God/Sophia/Father/Loving Eternal Mother/ El-Shaddai,/Source/Infinite Creator/Abba:

What message would you like me to share with humanity today?

My Dearly Beloved Divine Children:

As you ascend, you may be experiencing various ascension symptoms. Some of you may be experiencing vertigo symptoms while others of you may be walking as if you are drunken sailors. The only thing, you haven’t been drinking liquor that is. Yet many in the 3^rd Dimensional plane will have plenty of explanations of why you are behaving and walking in such a way without any real explanations.

Some will say that you possibly might have symptoms of a stroke. Your speech may be having other ascension symptoms of slurred speech. However, you do not have the illness of a stroke and often turn out negative in the medical facilities.

Others may say that you are having inner ear infections or congestions which may be causing you dizziness or vertigo. Yet, when you are examined by your doctor or specialist, your inner ear turns out to be perfectly clear and normal.

As you all ascend, you are streaming through a lot of energy from the Universe. As you ascend into the 5^th Dimension, you walk lighter than if you are walking in the 3^rd Dimension because of this extra ordinary energy flowing through you that many in the 3^rd Dimension have yet to experience. Worry not, for they too will be experiencing these same symptoms. You are just ahead of the race and have been chosen to teach those still caught in the 3^rd Dimension how to ascend into the 5^th Dimension.

The key to your success in ascending is your ability to ground yourself into Gaia. Remember that all this energy has to flow somewhere and to someplace. Gaia is ready to receive your energy. As you ground yourselves when asking for the Golden Light from Heaven or the Violet Consuming Flame from St. Germaine, also to ground yourselves as you receive the energies from the Universe as you walk on the new 5^th Dimensional Earth, Gaia. For the 5^th Dimensional Plane has manifested itself onto the 3^rd Dimensional plane which makes it seems as if you are still living in the 3^rd Dimensional world. But your minds and soon, but gradually, your physical bodies are starting to experience that of the 5^th Dimensional plane. Some of you are already fully into the 5^th Dimensional world. For many, it will take a gradual process.  For some, the gradual transition will be faster than others.

If you find yourselves walking unsteady or apparently clumsily, just quietly say to yourself: “I ground myself in Mother Gaia.” A little statement like that will help you walk steady. But remember to continue to deeply breathe in Me for I can bring you healing at the same time you are having these walking difficulties.

The second thing, is that as you are ascending, you will notice that all of you are experiencing improved or better health, less or no pain. My healing energies are working through all of you each time you take a breath in. It is my will that you all be healed as you ascend into the 5^th Dimension. Some of you are still seeking medical treatment to relieve pain. That is perfectly acceptable for they are only temporary measures. Remember that pain is only a temporary matter and you can either deal with pain via mental concentration, or through medical intervention. Either way, the pain will eventually resolve. Some prefer that pain be treated through natural treatment, others are more supportive of medical intervention. Here in Heaven, we have no issues with natural or medical means of treatment for everything is neutral. My healing to you is neutral. Many have accepted this as a way of treating pain and illness, others have depended on medical treatment for resolution. We make not judgement nor should you on Earth. Do whatever is best for you for your good being. Just remember, you all have the ability to cure yourselves.

In the 5^th Dimension, you will find how relatively little sedation you will during surgical procedures. For surgical procedures on your physical bodies, most of you will be put under mental relaxation using hypnotic techniques to relax the physical body to the point where you will feel no pain and not remember what has happened during the procedure while breathing in gentle gas to sedate you rather than chemicals. In fact, this process will be done while you are in a chamber while you undergo a process of reversing your age to a younger age in the 5^th Dimension which will give your minds the mental vibrancy to travel from dimension to dimension freely at will as if you were 30 years younger.

Newer medical technologies will not demand such obsolete implantation such as hardware for total knee and hip replacements, and hardware for certain cardiac and thoracic procedures. Much will be dependent on natural materials instead. With the rise of abundant finances, there will be no need for insurance coverage or policies for everything will be free and affordable.

Everything is energy. Energy must be grounded. If it were not grounded, energy would run unbridled, uncontained, unmanageable, and wild. Therefore, it is important that everything be recognized as energy in the 5^th Dimension unless you let unbridled energy run freely, destroying the 5^th Dimension – like money and politics.

There are unbridled energies that are going to take advantage of the ascension process and transition by trying to profit as much money as they can from people who are near or in poverty levels, or are entering poverty because of lost jobs, high inflationary prices, etc. Beware of these people who will be out trying to take advantage of the poor and needy. For those who need assistance, there is free help from higher selves, guides, angels, ascended masters, teachers, and loved ones who are all willing to help everyone – free of charge – just for the asking.
